This was C.J.Furey’s 12th project with Pellikaan Construction who specialise in leisure centre development.

As with previous Pellikaan projects, we were involved in bulk excavation to the site and swimming pool area, all drainage pipe work and service duct work, installation of concrete ground and upper floors, formation of car park area – complete with storm attenuation medium beneath, tarmac and high-spec paving to external areas, and extensive Section 278 Works.
The West Bromwich Leisure Centre opened on time and to budget in line with the many development projects we have undertaken for Pellikaan Construction.
