We were contacted by Sandberg to investigate a recurring issue at the apartment development where there was a large scale ingress of water to underground car parks and communal areas.
Since the construction of the apartments, the developer, previous contractor and architect were no longer available to advise on the matter.
C.J.Furey conducted investigative work and removed sections of existing hard landscaping to provide a solution to this long-standing issue.
While this work was underway, we had to be sympathetic to the existing residents in regards to noise, dust and safe working conditions.
As a result of our investigation, we were able to work with Sandberg and residents to formulate a remediation strategy to resolve the issue of water ingress.
This project demonstrates our in-depth technical capabilities to provide a cost-effective and workable solution to remedy the issues encountered.
