Work has included bulk excavation, installation of duct work for statutory services, foul and storm drainage including attenuation tanks, high specification paving and concrete works.
With this being a live campus, we have had to contend with major operational and logistical restrictions. These include the provision of safe access routes for students and staff, liaising with the local authority building & archaeological services, working efficiently in space restricted areas and operating a ‘just in time’ materials delivery schedule.
During this period, we have engaged with the main contractor and university staff, as well as statutory service providers, to ensure the smooth operation of our works, which are always completed on time and to budget.
